The 10 euro bill is a denomination of the euro, the currency of the European Union. The bill was introduced in 2002, and was initially used only in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Spain. The 10 euro bill is made of synthetic fiber and cotton, and is 166 millimeters wide and 76 millimeters long. The bill has a portrait of Europa, the Greek goddess, on the front, and a map of the European Union on the back. The 10 euro bill is the second-largest euro denomination, after the 200 euro bill.
